(Can’t compare Apples to Oranges).

But if you are using Weight Loss Shakes as a meal replacement you still need a low calorie Protein Shake because It’s highly unlikely that you are getting enough protein to MAXIMIZE your weight loss and maintain your muscles, especially if you are working out or doing cardio along with your diet!
